Because each lamp is handcrafted individually, all orders are placed as pre-orders. I don't mass produce or rush these pieces — every lamp is made one by one with time, care, and close attention to detail.

Please allow 15–20 business days for production and finishing before your order is shipped. Once your lamp is completed and packaged, delivery typically takes 17–20 business days depending on your location and local carrier transit times.

I understand waiting can be difficult, but the extra time allows me to focus on quality over quantity and create something truly unique. My goal is to make sure your lamp is worth the wait the moment it arrives.

Each lamp is made through a detailed resin epoxy process that takes time, precision, and patience. Aiyana carefully works on each piece from start to finish, beginning with the mold setup and design placement.

Layers of high-quality resin are then slowly poured to create a clear, durable finish that captures every detail inside. After curing, Aiyana hand-sands and polishes each lamp to achieve that smooth, glass-like shine. The lighting is then installed into the base to give it a strong glow that brings the design to life. Every lamp goes through multiple steps to make sure it looks clean, feels solid, and is something Aiyana is proud to send out.

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once reviewed and approved, I'll gladly send a replacement to make things right.
